What is the point in my attempting to actively participate in these forums when most of my posts await moderator review before being released where some take several hours to be released? The topic is long since dead and any inputs I make hopelessly out of context. Several made today still not been publicly posted.

If you're going to have moderator preview of posts then it might be an idea to have sufficient staff available to make the exercise sensible rather than an irritation.

The easiest option is for t2w to employ a paid full time mod who will check all new posts.
Judging by the number of anonymous people on this site who seem to be on it every hour of their days obsessively slagging other people off then a bit of responsibility and being paid the minimum wage might help them grow up a little bit. If they abuse their mod job they can be sacked.
