Guys,
I can't find any reference to this stock (Pan Global Corporation) on this Forum, which trades on NASDAQ under the symbol PGLO. http://www.bloomberg.com/quote/PGLO:US
The behavior of the price is astonishing because it appears to have no revenues or assets but recently had a market cap of more than $350 million.
The reason I say the price action is astonishing is because it's not as if there is no volume being traded in the shares. A small investor can easily get in an out without getting screwed over by the lack of liquidity (both bids and offers) in the shares.
From what I can see the shares are worthless but I suspect it is being supported by boiler rooms and hence I could get squeezed out if I tried to short it.
Interested to hear if anyone has any thoughts on this.
Jim.
