Buy 1yr CALLS with 80-85% delta, deep in the money, CALL delta goes DOWN up when stock goes DOWN

Sell short term decaying CALLS for premium (weekly/monthly) decay of extrinsic value is not linear

Buy PUTS as well... he doesn't go into further details but PUT delta goes UP when stock goes down
