I would not call them complete scams to be really honest with you until someone promises instant riches and success.

What I am against is charging people huge amounts of money for teaching basically something that can be learnt for free but then its a free market world and if they are willing to pay the amount then why not?!

Trading is not something that can be learnt in 3 days time for $3k. No way! Takes a lot of time and effort and there is a period of self learning that everyone has to go through. Its as simple as that.

The more time and effort you put the better would be results. If one is looking for quick bucks or sound returns, just invest in mutual funds or buy some growth etf. This way you can have atleast 10% to 20% per year.

Hard work hard work hard work...nothing beats it. No shortcuts!

Probability enhancers ? If you are talking about Stochastics, CCI, MACD etc then that is a matter of personal preference. Traders perception of charts can differ. The key element is to have a rule based plan and follow it. As part of the XLT there is an odds enhancing class, this is for me a mental chcklist but when I record it which takes less than 1 minute it can be used a valuable tool for post trade analysis. I personally analyse ALL trades, not just the losers but the winners as well.

Thanks. I agree it's a very decent checklist when approaching a trade.
On their website, Consult-fx.com has 26 sam seiden webinars, giving some good info.
Also, over at FF, theres a thread called price is everything, started by redsword 11.
He and the other traders are trading supply and demand pretty succesfully, and he has some good takes on price action. Worth a look if you haven't seen it.

I would have replied to the thread, however with a dumb **** comment like that, I'm glad I didn't go with OTA, to me it just sums up the mentality - they didn't get the sale, so they are sending out the little lapdog to put out personal insults, not once but twice now.

I personally don't give a monkeys about OTA, they are doing well in the rest of the world so I feed off their information, I am 1 of the 10-20% profitable traders. Certainly, many times they have applicants like you where trading is not going to be an option for the individual, hence the reason they don't promise wealth like many of the other providers. Well I never, it seems the OTA office in the US has been caught posting fake positive reviews on forexpeacearmy.com No less than 5 stars were awarded by 'Eric' but it's turns out Erics review was posted from an ip address at OTA offices. It seems there were other fake reviews as well. II'm sure that's some sort of fraud, now let's see how long this thread lasts after such a revelation.

Give us a break, you were caught spamming FPA with positive reviews. How long did it take to think up that excuse? For a start there's only a handful of reviews, how many people do you train each year? What happened the reviews from all the others?
