Island will continue roll-out of securities represented in the National Best Bid or Offer through the Cincinnati Stock Exchange (CSE). Currently, Island is quoting through CSE in all NASDAQ test securities, including the pilot securities listed in Phase 1 of NASDAQ’s implementation of SuperMontage, the production securities listed in Phase 2 and Phase 3, and all symbols beginning with letters ‘P’ through ‘Z’.

Below is a complete roll-out schedule for all remaining securities:

September 13, 2002 - All symbols beginning with letters ‘J’ through ‘O’
September 17, 2002 - All symbols beginning with letters ‘D’ through ‘I’
September 19, 2002 - All symbols beginning with letters ‘A’ through ‘C’
Orders submitted to Island for display in these securities are represented in the National Best Bid or Offer (Level 1) and NASDAQ’s NQDS data feed (Level 2) as “CINN” instead of “ISLD”. There are no modifications to any Island protocols or data-feeds related to this change.
