...and in need of some help

I am very new to this and made my first trade today, which was very scary!!!

My primary trade will be spreadbetting using finspreads and a well known super-duper-expensive (and very well slated) prediction application.

I will be creating a journal so you can monitor the progress (or not!)

My questions are;

1. I'm using CoolTick and I need codes for the various indexes for the Nasdaq 100, Dow, Dax and Nikkei 225 - anyone ?

2. What are the GMT opening and closing times for the Nasdaq 100, Dow, Dax and Nikkei 225 ?
