Very new to trading and looking for advice please!

Im looking to start Speculating (Spread Trading) and would like to know where people begin.

Im opeing up a trade account with CMC with £500.

can someone recommed what software i need please? Free would be good

Also im looking at using Ablesys, AbleTrend RT anyone used this?

Buddy how long you been trading ?
What is the product you are Trading ?
How Well do you know your Products ?
Have you got a strategy ?
Has this strategy been back tested ?
How much time do you have to trade ?
How many Months of Paper Trading have you done ?
Are you Psychologically prepared to trade live ?

My Dear friend
Please try and strengthen you base as strong as possible....
Once you can answer all these questions with confidence...
I could advise you further..
