Don't take any notice of Mourinho, Barça does not need to fiddle anything and, if I remember correctly, 9 team members were in the Spanish 2010 World Cup team and that did not include Messi. MU has a serious problem but, as I said both are the best and anything can hgappen.
BTW, Joseff, there is a rumour that Mourinho would like to slip into Fergie's shoes. Take my tip and don't let him! Cups, or no cups, he is interested in only one thing---Mourinho.

As a MU fan, I have an awful feeling that Barce are in a different class even if we did make Wednesday look easy with a second rate team.
Having said that, I was at the Nou Camp in '99 when we rolled Bayern over and in that game we played like lemons until the 91st minute.
Main problem will be tiredness with Chelsea at the weekend in the run up......

Not so sure buddy, it's a final, all about who really 'turns up' on the day. Whilst Barca are the superior team, in just about every department, the will to win in the Man Utd DNA might win the day. If Barca have weaknesses it's at the back, particularly at centre back.
I want Barca to win for football sake, and I want Messi, Xavi and Iniesta to put on a master class, but I fear Man Utd will have really done their homework and spoil the game..Messi getting nobbled inside minutes probably by Rooney with a snidey forward's tackle that the ref will turn a blind eye to.

Stoke are a pretty solid outfit as they showed by comfortably beating Arsenal last weekend.

City have no team/collective spirit, Stoke have it in huge amounts. I reckon Stoke will win, really hope so, be their first trophy. It reminds me of the Sunderland v Leeds final of times gone by (although both teams are in the prem)

And what a massive day the FA cup final was back then, empty streets, 25ml+ viewers whoever was in the final, now Man Utd might win the league before kick off.
The final was always the end of the season (as of F.A. rules) whatever level you played at..

We watched the build up on TV starting early morning.
