Good Morning Folks

Hope everyone enjoyed a nice holiday weekend.

We were able to get together for a family picnic on the 4th. What a great way to spend a day. My sister & brother-in-law came out to our local park here in Warren with the kids. My mom made up her signature cherry cola bbq baby back ribs for the event. Cassandra Maxwell & Mabel baked up some homemade peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. Yum. My Dad was on the grill warming up the ribs.

We enjoyed a fun day of soccer cornhole & sidewalk chalk art. I made my Life is Good cartoon caricature for my niece Mabel. Fin Fin was there too. Happy as could be while playing with his toys. He is one cute little fella. Born on Christmas Day. What a neat gift for our family.

We are planning on getting out to the Detroit Zoo soon. Those kids are my pride & joy. Very fortunate to have an awesome family to share life with on the holidays. Thankful & Proud to be their Big Uncle Ashton.

Huge day for our US soccer team as they take on Belgium in Seattle at 8pm tonight. Excellent opportunity for them to advance if they put forth their best effort. What a great event for the world to enjoy hosted right here in America.

Decent Day for Green Growth today. Good day here at home as well. Serena baked up some homemade apple pies yesterday. She served us up some hot pie & vanilla ice cream for desert last night. Feel very fortunate to be home here & enjoy her home cooking.

Getting ready for the World Cup match. Excited to watch both teams compete in what should make for an awesome event. Everyone enjoy the big game tonight.

All is well here at home. Enjoying life out of a hospital. We went out for a walk in the park today. After the park we went to a really neat store called media reload. They have all sorts of unique throwback games & comics.

About to check the figures for our Green Growth portfolio. Yesterday we were down over 2 percent. Green Growth has been doing well over the past year. The whole market keeps producing big gains.

I believe in love peace & freedom for us all. Let's do our best to achieve happiness & good health together. We all deserve a safe future.

Good Evening

Life is Good today. My mom said we might be able to get together as family on Sunday. My sister & nieces are in town from Seattle. It would be such a great way to spend a day.

Hopefully everything is fine here. Please help me stay safe so we can enjoy more life together. We all deserve to be happy healthy & free.

I love being alive. I will always try my best to be there for my family. Feel fortunate to be an uncle son & brother in an awesome family. Grateful & Glad I'm facility free. Nice to be able to enjoy life in a cool home. I'm able to share my life with friends & family again.

We all deserve a happy life.

Hi All.

Feels great to be free & able to sleep again. Sunday should be such a nice way to spend a day together as family. About to open up my portfolio to check the figures. We made plans to spend time at the library this afternoon. There is also an activity center in Warren we plan to attend next week.

Keep hope alive for me in recovery. I have been learning & growing in treatment for over 20 years. If I am able to keep those voices calm & stable their might be a future in the mental healthcare field? I have achieved success in sobriety. A peer support or recovery coach might be an option? What a great way to give back to society. Helping others in their time of need would be very fulfilling?
