Live screencasting ....best products ?

Hey all

My remote access is struggling with some corporate firewall issues so i've been toying with the idea of live screening charts online from my PC at home......Iv'e looked at U-stream and a few others ......Anyone doing something similar or have a few ideas ?

in a perfect world I would use a company with 24/7 server facilities but I need to keep the programmes in-house for confidentality reasons
