1) Involved a 3 bedroom flat on an estate. This came about by one of the production team for 'The Bill' knocking on their door. After some quick haggling a price of £600 for one day was agreed on. This took place roughly 6 years ago.
2) Another friend owns a penthouse apartment that was used for a 'Big Brother like' programme. The price agreed was £900 per day for 2 weeks. This was last year.
