Intertrader demo triggered stop that wasn't on chart

I've recently opened demo account with intertrader, i was short on GBP/USD with £1 spread with £190 trailing stop at 1.54415, at 22:03 i recieved an email saying it had been triggered, when i checked chart on IG and others on google the GBP/USD has been nowhere near 1.54415 today. Are intertrader prices not realtime?
Any advice would be great

IS your account showing the loss? Any chance it was just cancelled, 10pm is rollover time. How closely does your stop trail?

Trailing stop of £190

Contact them to reimburse your money. Perhaps they had a spike on their data.
