In scalping, we want to give concentration on smaller movements and a trader may try to earn smaller to moderate profit by taking the advantage of smaller price movements. In case of scalping, traders try to work with smaller trading lots instead of investing in larger capital at one time. All over again, instead of holding the trade for a long period of time, a scalper closes his trades after 10 or 15 minutes of entry.

Using leverage one might well work with larger position sizes. A scalper would be looking for a quick profit, and should cut a loss very quickly, thus minimising risk and allowing larger positions

. In my case a minute would be average, a couple of seconds sometimes.

It's ok suggesting how long a scalper "may" stay in a trade, but its more important/valuable to discuss where they would take trades and why???? That way others can get a better idea of how a scalper operates.

Market access and costs also being a MAJOR consideration;)
