IB set up

I'm trying to set up IB's trading page. Any advice/tips etc. please? Not having much joy with the symbol look up.

Hi Trader,

I'm not plugged in yet. The £ hasn't arrived, so I'm not getting a feed. I've got Ftse Fut and I want to look at the Dow Fut. I've got YM ACE June 03 for Dow. Is ACE CBOT? Basically I want to look at anything on CBOT. If it charts and moves I might trade it! There must be a list of contracts and symbols somewhere.
