I don't do it every day split but once every while is quite pleasant I have to admit.

😆 When I worked from home occasionally I found that it was hopeless unless I got togged up in my office "uniform". Couldn't focus properly otherwise - poor me 😱

To be honest with you Jon, this is more like a normal day for me:

a. Up at 5.45am
b. Review Asian session, have a cup of tea.
c. Get in shower and get dressed.
d. Breakfast
e. Review trade planning from previous night and amend where necessary
f. Trading from 7:30am to 09:00
g. If not in anything then relaxed until about 12:30 and then start reviewing European activity
h. Lunch
i. Review trade planning from the morning session and amend where necessary
j. Dialled in from 14:00 to 16:00 for US open.

If I'm in a position, post 9am or post 4pm with a runner then I'm periodically checking out what is going on. Some days go from 05:45 through to 21:00 when it's busy.

Today I kind of took it easy as I've had a good Jan and it's nearly end of month.

only perk is obesity , sitting on chair all day and running to kitchen to release stress.
No weght loss , infact weight gain , perk was a gain in weight , beautiful gain.

In my day, you would have been all done up like dogs dinners, complete with The Times, umbrella, bowler hat and briefcase containing a sausage sandwich and a banana, waiting on the platform for the 0810.

You not got an accountant to do that kind of thing for you?

Mine isn't particularly complex or time consuming, mostly record keeping thats
done throughout the year.
Don't see any point paying someone else so I end up with less of an idea
of my own finances.
Piece of p1ss filing online as well.
I usually finalise and cough up last day, not too late though in case servers screw up.
Any money I owe is better off in my pocket until it absolutely has to come out 😆
