How to limit trades per hour

Who could help me

I tried but can`t make it.

For example I have one timeframe (not day!!). If price goes like saw inside this bar - I have several trades. I need to limit trades to 1 or 2 or 3 and wait for the end of current bar, and start new trades serie only at new bar. How can I do this?
I`m not so familiar with EL......

Not easy! I use averages, trends and 30M bars. That means that I only need to check every thirty minutes and not even that often if I think that price is too far way for me to want to act.

I like free data and use SB charts, but it would be nice to have an acoustic alarm for when price touches a certain point. Orders do not satisfy me because I like my prices to pierce levels and, then, return afterwards before opening a trade.

I use autotrading and can`t (and don`t want) to check every X minutes.
