How to compute weekly prices from daily prices

I am currently using daily data for my T.A. and I would like to have a broader picture.
Based on daily data, how can I obtain the corresponding weekly data?

For example, I don't see how they go from daily to weekly in this Apple link:

AAPL Historical Prices | Apple Inc. Stock - Yahoo! Finance

Is it some kind of average for the week ?

Whats the open for monday, whats the close on Friday and what was the high and low within those 5 days
Thats it, you've just converted daily data into weekly

I'm sorry I still can't recover the same numbers from my example.. Could you be so kind as to workout a one-week relationship between the daily prices and the weekly prices? Let's say I want the closing weekly prices. What do I need to get them ?

the closing weekly price, is the closing daily price on Friday
You are saying you cant get that?
