LOL, strange thing is *we* have 200,000 members, presumably a lot of 'em spread bet with the biggest and...ahem...best. Yet only a couple of us mentioned the down time on 'ere...Strange that...obviously everyone else was barking on the dog and bone to them to close all their positions down...yeah that'll be it...

Yep , I noticed todays outage , only seemed to be for a min or so though. Still I guess that's a min too long when your trying to leg it out of a position

Yep any downtime is bad for their rep. however, phone lines up, charts stay up and if you have meta trader with your dma broker you can still see price/depth etc. So a phone call should be all you need to close a position. Just another reminder (if anymore needed) that no one should *go scalping*, or operate off short term TFs with SB firms.
