I've got an exam tomorrow and need an example of a merger that has taken place, but has not worked out well for either company. Has anyone got any ideas and a brief background to the merger? Cheers,

Commerce One signed a deal last year with SAP Ag and they are now working together using the Commerce One
"Commerce Network" and marketplace technology (eg. for reverse auctions) together with SAP's B2B Procurement solution under the name of Enterprise Buyer Professional).
