Having a similiar business name with other companies..

[Bullz n Bearz]

Hi, our company Bull n' Bear Investments has just been registered with the town and I would like for all of you to find out if it is ok to use this name when there are other Restaurants, newsletters on the net that adopt the Bull n' Bear name or also spellt Bull and Bear.

Please let me know if having this name violates any laws of any such..
