My Big Gift came from sister on Christmas day
I am now an uncle for 5 little rascals.

Casandra gave birth to a happy n healthy little baby boy whom they name Finley.

Anyways we are still alive tonight.

Choose to fill yourself full hope for healing.

We need to act together to overcome this massive climate recovery. We now Mountain climbing is extremely difficult. When we act together when we Believe together we can accomplish our dreams together. Let it be achievable goals. Commit to our dreams. Make them achievable. With enough strength & courage we will accomplish our goal.

Please be sensible & assertive. We must act now to prevent this climate crisis from getting worse. Stop the violence instead of ending lives we can start saving them. Dedication & Effort are also required to achieve our dreams. We need to embrace change & help one another. Forgive & accept each other. We are all brothers & sisters of mother earth.

Extremely sad day for us all yesterday. In Minneapolis a mother of 3 was fatally shot after dropping her child off at school. It appears that Renee Nicole Good had the intention to get her son into a classroom for education.

After dropping her child off at school Renee was involved in a terrible incident. An ice agent felt threatened & opened fire on her while she was in her vehicle. That fatal shot may have ended her life but certainly not her memory & spirit.

My heart feels sorrow for our loss. My thoughts goes out to her family friends & folks grieving in Minneapolis.

May we all honor & cherish her memory together. I do not believe the intention of any ice agent is to kill a mother. I do not believe the intention of any ice agent is to take a mom away from her family. Unfortunately after the ice encounter we are left with one less mother trying to do good for her children & community.

I do believe this to be a quite tragic event. If possible we should all learn & grow from this together.

Please keep protests peaceful.

It was a tragic event for all of us.

Ice agents are attempting to protect us.

Their duty is to keep us all safe in society.

They are risking their lives everyday they go to work.

Hope everyone is enjoying a nice weekend.

Big day for the NFL as the playoffs start this afternoon.

Looks like Miami & Indiana are in the NCAA football championship this year.

Congrats to Michigan basketball.

Our U of M team is undefeated in college hoops.

MSU is playing some great ball as well.

Happy to be free & able to watch some quality sporting events.

My mom & I had a nice lunch at our local deli today.

I was able to spend some time with our family dog Chloe.

She is such a nice kind sweet dog.

Im scheduled to attend my work study recovery center on Monday.

My father & I made plans to spend this Tuesday afternoon together.

Should be another good week of trading on the stock exchange come Monday.

Sometimes you don't realize what you have until it's gone.

They say rest is productive.

Woke up today feeling well rested.

Thank Goodness i was able to get a full night of sleep.

Life is good here at home.

Made plans with my dad to enjoy lunch & a movie tomorrow.

Scheduled to attend my recovery center on Wednesday.

Hi All.

Looks like it will be another good day on the exchange.

My Dad & I plan to enjoy the day together today.

Our plan is to enjoy a daytime movie at the theater followed by lunch this afternoon.

Tomorrow I'm scheduled to resume my work study recovery center.

I am doing my best to work with my mental health outpatient team & attend my day program.

We have spoken about pursuing a peer support specialist position once I am stable enough to become certified.

I have an appointment to renew my annual membership with my outpatient provider at Training & Treatment Innovations.

TTI has provided my mental health support for over 20 years now.

It is important I attend my appointment this afternoon & renew my membership with my case manager.

Looking forward to a nice productive busy day.

Hi All.

Great day today at my recovery center.

If i can continue to attend weekly doors may open for school work & volunteering.

My case manager from TTI was able to appoint me a new peer support.

My peer support used to really struggle with frequent inpatient trips to the hospital but was able to recover & live free.

Sounds awesome to me.

My main goals are to live happy healthy & facility free so i can attend my center for recovery.

On another note, the market looked to produce some small gains.

Always nice when the graphs go green.

Due to cold weather & icy roads our center is closed today.

Thankful that its nice & warm inside here at home.

With temps under 10 degrees the plan is to spend our day indoors.

In the last 25 years all I am guilty of is minding my own business & crossing the road without using a crosswalk.

All i really wanted for Christmas was to be home & happy with family.

If i can continue to attend my inspiration center in Oxford maybe next year i will be happy healthy home & free?
