Hi Folks.

There is something wrong with the voices in my brain. I am seeking help from the hospital to stabilize the intrusive thoughts. Hurting people & Harming people is wrong. Violence is not a sensible solution in society. It is against the law. We have mental health facilities to keep us all safe. Prevent & protect us from acts of violence.

I may not be perfect but I am a nice kind peaceful human being. I will not give up on love family freedom & recovery for us all. Please believe in love family freedom & recovery as well. You are like my family at home. I try my best to be friendly with everyone.

I have only left home to keep us all safe. Sleep deprivation is torture & voices are torturing me all day everyday without sleep? I do not believe in torture for our fellow people. I do believe in love peace freedom & recovery. I am attempting to seek help for all the voices that have been torturing me.

I will always have love for you. If I was ever misunderstood I sincerely apologize. I would much rather be at home with DJ & Roza. Without sleep at night I am unable to stay there. It's been over 15 months where I have been in constant crisis. Please let me leave. I need to try something new.

If I do nothing things may only get worse. Positive change is good. I am trying to improve myself & make things better in our world. I wish you all happiness & good health at home. Please wish me well in my recovery efforts.

In my opinion Hatred, Torture & Genocide is Evil.

Hi Folks.

I spent the last week in a crisis center called common grounds here in Pontiac Michigan.

The 3 psychiatrists I spoke with all reccomended inpatient hospitalization to help stabilize the voices in my brain.

I was released this evening & sent home instead of going to a hospital.

Everything should be fine here tonight.

Thanksgiving is tomorrow.

Let's all give thanks for our lives friends & family.

May we all enjoy a nice safe holiday this year.

It's Thanksgiving Everyone.

Should make for a great day today.

We are planning on spending the day together as family at my parents home.

My sister & brother are bringing the little ones over for an early dinner this afternoon.

Everyone helps prepare a dish for our meal.

I am in charge of my nana's broccoli cheese casserole recipe every year.

My mom said she finished baking her pumpkin cheesecake desert last night.

Should make for an awesome way to spend a day.

We plan on watching the Detroit Lions game together this afternoon as well.
