Good Morning Folks.

Feels like a good day already.

Things are going well here.

I enjoy my life at home with our crew, Roza & DJ.

I have access to all sorts of cool activities on my phone.

There are opportunities for me to improve as well.

I am able to sleep again at night Thank Goodness.

My new Ambien is working well.

With proper sleep I'm able to function & stay productive during the day.

Should be fine to participate at my work study program up in Oxford.

Contributing more in the community is cool.

Hard work can actually be fun & rewarding.

Spending time there brings me great joy & creates opportunities for growth.

We should all try to improve every day so we can advance our lives.

The more active, positive & productive we are the better.

Anyhow, the Lions play at 1 this afternoon.

Should make for an exciting game of football.

Our family fantasy football league draft is in a few hours.

Congrats to the Lions for their win today.

Looks like they played very well together this afternoon.

Our fantasy football draft went pretty well.

It's only intended for a fun way to connect & spend some time as family.

Spending time with family motivates me to do better in life.

Some of my most memorable moments in life were created by spending time with family.

I've been trying really hard for over 20 years now to not give up or quit on them.

I love being an Uncle, Son & Brother.

We may not be perfect but could all love & accept each other so we can be happy when together.

We all deserve a happy life & safe future.

Spending time with them makes me happy.

Please keep me safe so I am able to enjoy more time together.

My work study program is scheduled to arrive at 7:30am. Should be there until 3pm this afternoon. Folks there are all cool. It's a nice way to spend time in the community.

Hope we achieve some green graphs for our green stock selections. Investment into a better future is such a cool way to spend a day.

So happy to enjoy a nice positive & productive day on the outside of a hospital.

On the schedule to attend the work study program tomorrow as well.

May not be a great success yet but it's nice to make some progress.

Hi All.

My recovery center is going great.

Plan to return Thursday & Friday.

Able to see my family today.

We went out for Cider & Cinnamon Donuts.

Neat way to spend some time together.

My niece Mabel is so sweet.

She is growing up so fast.

Glad I am free now & working towards recovery so I can see her again.

Everyone enjoy a nice afternoon.
 
She is cute as a button.

My mom's new hair style looks nice as well.

I'm working towards losing weight.

Still have a lot of work to do but am down 50 lbs in the last 6 months.

Anyways nice picture of us together today.

Thank Goodness I am back with DJ & Roza.

Feels great to be hospital free.

Looks like the stock market has been producing some big gains & solid results recently.

Glad to be able to post once again.

I'm scheduled to attend my work study program at the recovery center tomorrow.

Hope to spend my birthday together with family in a few weeks.

Hi All.

Stocks were up Friday.

My portfolio gained over half a percent.

I do believe it's over 25% in the last few months as well.

Stock exchange appears to be producing some solid gains.

Glad to see most renewable energy selections start to come back big.

On another note, my time at the work study & recovery center is going well.

I may have the opportunity to works towards securing a peer support specialist position.

My initial goals are just to attend daily, stay happy, healthy & hospital free.

Glad things seem to be improving on the market & in my life.

Michigan is on a bye this weekend.

Detroit Lions play the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.

Detroit Tigers start their playoff run in October.

My birthday is coming up soon on the 14th.

Wishing us all happiness & good health.

Just reached out to my support team in an attempt to keep myself safe & stable this weekend.

If I continue to check myself into the hospitals I will never have an opportunity to recover.

Right now I am in a really good program which should allow me a chance to rehabilitate myself.

I must remain hospital free in order to be able to attend & complete my recovery.

I still put forth effort every day to not give up & not be a quitter.

It's been over 20 years now.

Please do your best tonight to believe & do not give up on recovery for me.

Thank you for your time, interest & support over the years.
