All is well here at home.

We have plans to take my niece & nephew out to the dairy farm in Ortonville for ice cream tomorrow.

Hope everyone is enjoying the nice weekend weather here in Michigan.

Game 7 of the NBA finals is on Sunday night.

Wishing both teams play well.

Sure it will make for an amazing game of basketball.

I will post up a few pics of the cooks farm.

Sometimes it feels like a massive witch hunt in my head.

For 20 years I have put forth my best effort to keep a society of voices happy safe sane calm & stable.

Please believe in recovery for our people & planet.

I love the government & voices in my head.

I have tried so hard over the years to generate them love happiness & good health.

It is insane to hurt harm or kill people unless it's self defense.

There are insane asylums to protect society & prevent acts of violence homicide or suicide.

Mental Health Facilities are intended to stabilize people who become a threat to hurt harm kill people or themselves.

I have gone so far out of my way to keep us all safe in society for over 20 years.

Violence is against the law.

The voices I hear sometimes speak about violence suicide & homicide.

I don't believe in violence homicide or suicide for society.

I believe in love family & freedom.

Hopefully everything will be fine here tonight.

We have a big day scheduled for tomorrow as a family.

I love getting to spend time with my nieces & nephew. Giving them hugs fills me with happiness & joy.

Please do your best to keep me safe tonight.

Madness can result from angry minds.

When i become upset it often helps to restructure my thoughts.

Affirmations & gratitude lists help transition my negative thoughts back into positive ones.

Glad to report things at home are going really well.

We had a delicious dinner tonight.

Almost all the angry voices that were tormenting me throughout my nights have become calm.

Hopefully they all stay nice & good so we can be Pals.

I really enjoy my life here at home & freedom from a hospital feels amazing.

Thankful for all our fellow people who help protect the planet.
