A number of people have been forecasting such an event although not necessarily for the period mentioned above. I would suggest this may have started in September.This would also dovetail with the uncertain political situation in view of the election next May.
If we are actually in a bear market,where and when will it bottom out? 5400 by next spring is my guess.
