I tried to get major currency symbols on IB but failed. Please help.

EUR-200409-GLOBEX or shortly EUR-200412-GLOBEX
GBP-200409-GLOBEX

I tried to enter the symbols you gave but I get the massage that I am not subscribed to the data. I looked a/c management and boxes for IB FX and IB Forex (ideal pro) are ticked and data is free anyway and my account is more than 25k as well. Any help. Thanks so much.

Sometimes you have to untick and then resubscribe to IdealPro

I had to sign subscription again though data is free and I can get quotes on IB. The purpose was to get charts on QT.

Most FX dealers provide free charts and quotes.
