Fab Turbo - Scam ?

Hi Stu0898, it sounds like something isn't set up correctly. Who's your broker? For me that's the most important thing to worry about on par with the Scalper_GMTOffset. Get those two things right and you're on to a winner.

To demo it I'm using ForexMeta (the one they recommend) and their servers are 3 hours ahead of GMT so the Scalper_GMTOffset is set at 3.

It's running continualously and these are the trades it has done so far:-

In the two weeks I've had it and my demo account (£5000) I am up about £400. And no I am not affiliated with FAPTurbo.

Can you show me a statement so I can compare your trades with mine?

What are you doing differntly to me then. I got it on Monday and installed it on a demo account. So far it has lost almost £100 and the live trade is £250 in the red. So far it's nearly lost twice what it costs to buy it!

I'm only scalping EURGBP and EURCHF. I'm staying far away from long term for the moment.

Change broker asap, their spreads are not good even though recommendede

Get an Alpari demo account to test it

I put it live sometimes and it does work

Also changed spread to max 10 on GBFCHF which is something I would normally never think of working with such a spread but it worked

I see you've made 8.95 today - blistering indeed. 3 months later and your still only trading £1 a pip?

I have a site that I'm not sure many other people are doing for FAP Turbo (daily updates).

We all need to make money in our lives so what's really wrong with those affiliate links. I am after all providing a service and spending much of my time informing everyone how the EA is performing. I'm lucky to make 1-2 sales a month, woopy!

Also I've really got better things to do than photoshop my results every trading day. The trouble is, everyone thinks everyone is scamming everyone so I understand where all the ribbing is coming from. However many people have appreciated my blog and have told me so.

I am not an affiliate and I can vouch for it working

Your updates are greatly appreciated. John (aka 10kloser) just doesn't like auto trading EAs.

I read your posts with interest and have created a new demo account (on Forex Meta and Alpari) with the new version of FAPTurbo45Pro on it.

I will post the results good or bad.

I think the best trading strategy is one that is developed by the trader. Which is to look at trendlines, and indicators, and price, and read the news, and watch your screens. Everything else just falls in place. It beats me why anyone needs anything else. If something auto piloted me what would I know? Nuthin

Using Sto Momentum, Bolls and boll bandwidth plus an FX indicator for trends and an FX Sto and EMAs
Plus D1, H4, H1, M30 to identify and verify signals then M30 or M15 plus M5 & M1 charts for the scalps
But you need the right charting program and better not from your broker so dualk screens from 1 PC or 2 (laptop as 1 or 2 PC) operating

Stick to the rules and it works and ALL with the trend/within a M15/M5 trend using M1

Oddly the demo account on Forex Meta didn't produce any trades (must be to do with their spread)

One day of trading on a demo of a 5k account which produced $72.55 = 1.4% gain in a day. So do that 5 days a week is a 7% gain in a week. Okay not bad. I am not a smart guy so can you tell me what is the mechanics of using a system like that. Do you just turn it on and go away? or do you have to watch it? It sounds like a lot of trades going on at the same time, are you actually watching these trades on different screens or how does it work. Or does the system just do the trading for you. And you wait for the results. Is it neccessary to monitor? Forgive me for being ignorant. New guy checking in and all.

It's a robot, I was very sceptical and have loads of problems with it but I am loathed to admit that after a few pointers from the people on this thread it's starting to work. I'm only on my second night of it running but it's done a few more trades whilst I've been watching TV and made another $50!

Of course I will be backtesting it thoroughly and forward testing it on demo for a while before I start risking any real money and I recommend anyone else considering an auto trading robot such as FAP Turbo to do the same.

One thing about these robots is that they don't know about big announcements or breaking news, for instance anyone who is in a trade when some seriously bad news comes out knows to act accordingly, if the news goes against your position the robots just sit there and wait for the SL to be hit.

IMHO it'll be a few years before someone develops something that can replace the knowledge and experience of a manual trader.

No problem, had a quick look at your site. I'm afraid I didn't have time to go through it all but I got the jist apart from what system/technique you are using to get the few pips a day everyday.

Could you fill me in?
