I joined this forum to learn more about how to intelligently trade the forex market. I have already took a free course on the website babypips.com and found that very helpful. Additionally, I read the book "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Foreign Currency Trading", which comes with a CD-ROM with Dealbook 360 currency trading software frm GFT Forex trading.
Does anybody have any suggestions on selecting a broker and choosing a trading platform/software package? Interactive Brokers advertises spreads as low as 1/2 pip. I was also considering FXCM, FXDD, Tradestation, and Forex.com. I would like to start trading with a demo account in the near future and would like to eventually become a full-time currency trader.
Finally, does anyone have any experience using a forex robot called FAP Turbo? It costs $149 - almost every review from the internet recommends this product.
