eSignal + TradeStation 2000i solution

I am attempting to send real-time data from eSignal to TradeStation 2000i's GlobalServer.

The symbols are

HSI U6-HKF
HHI M6-HKF


For some reason, GlobalServer is not receiving the symbols. Is there any buttons that send data from eSignal after you add the symbol to the quote window ?

They are Hang Seng Futures and H Shares futures.
All the US symbols are working correctly.

For Globalserver to receive the data you have to have set up the symbol name correctly in Globalserver and E-signal should be able to help you with this. Also have you made sure that it says "Connected" under realtime status in the Symbol Portfolio tab for the instrument ?
