Epiphany Trading, LLC and Brendan Byrne; (Scam?)

Did Epiphany Trading shut down?

Sterling Trader is not working to log in on the firms user name, many have report same issue (looks like they shut down), no one is answering phone call at Epiphany Trading and I hear they own hundred of thousands to trader, there must be people after Brendan Bryne head.

Traders in their chat (Blog.epiphanytrading.com) said that he's stole money from the firm, all the partners have left the company and the traders that are there, aren't able to trade the chat room is empty

I did a search on firm and Brendan and looks like he has a record...

It also looks like he was sued and charge against in a trial in Illinois by the Department of securities (SEC Charge)?

I have not been able to login to my account for 2 weeks...they keep giving me the run around about switching to a new clearing firm...I think the company has gone under and a the traders have lost their money........Anybody know anything about this?????? Whats the next step in trying to get your money back??????
