Where can I get end of day forex quotes for major markets. i am looking OHLC bars and hopefully without any cost.

EOD data is free from Pro Real Time. I think something like 47 pairs, plus tons of other stuff, stocks, futures etc etc. If you only want EOD it's pretty good.
