Hi Guys

i am putting together a guide on what days to avoid when spread betting.

For example; Day of results, day of dividends, economic data announced.

That kind of thing.

Can any of you share your expertise and offer a day you might avoid and why?

I don't bother with any of that, I just trade breakouts on strongly trending shares. If you concentrate on that you'll do well. I'm up nearly 50% since August that way. I can understand why people might think all that stuff is important but it really isn't.
