easy import of Metastock data for TS?

I have just acquired TS2000 but want to use my exisiting Metastock data base for it.,

Is there an easier way to import/access all the files other than manually importing one stock at a time?

Seems rather mind numbinly time consuming to me!

Any suggestions please.
