Hi D@K, Try http://www.e-primefinancial.com/ thecompany website. Floated as an incubator early last year.

They applied for a license in the US last August , to set up a US internet bank, the yea or nay is due anytime now, hence the movement in its share price.

Its a gamble, the downside is about 6p as they have a cash pile of about £30m. I've been collecting them in bits and pieces for 7 months.
