I have been looking at several locations which offer trading with a lower tax base situation,I am looking at either Dubai/Singapore or possibly Panama.Is there the same problems in Dubai/Singapore as all trades are matched in Frankfurt.I am currently getting a execution of around 40ms ( via CQG IC-slightly faster than TT's X-TRADER) from London.Can I get a speed this fast in Dubai/Singapore?.My only doubt with the dubai option is they clear through a London firm which obviously takes maybe 100ms more to travel etc.
