NO! Dukascopy Bank SA does not have or use any Introducing Brokers (IB's) but they do use Introducing Agents (IA's). The only thing an IA can do for you is get you a rebate on the commissions charged by Dukascopy Bank SA when you complete a trade. If you do a search you will find them.
MOBForex saves me a lot of cash monthly as that is how you are given your rebate, month to month. To sum it up... Couldn't live without a no nonsense broker and the rebate is just a nice bonus.

I can't answer about Mob situation, but as far as I know, everything is fine whit Duka.
I offer the same rebates and trade whit Dukascopy daily for more then a year whitout trouble at all.
My # is 2196 and I offer 45% rebates on volume fee commission whit Duka.
