Desk choice help

I have a couple of offers from rates exotics trading desks at major banks. I wanted to get the opinions of anyone here who have thoughts on this desk and have opinions on what sorts of things I should be looking at to differentiate between the offers. I also have the option to do just vanilla swaps trading, but I think I would probably like to trade something a bit more interesting. Also, which banks are considered to be good in exotic rates trading? Thanks for any views and thoughts.

Are you sure you want to canvass opinion on this website? You're better off talking to the people with whom you might end up working.. also discuss the nature of the banks with the headhunter.
