delayed data feed

I'm a little confused about the delayed data feed over at igmarkets.co.uk

They say it is a 15 minute delay, but when I open the FTSE Cash chart it appears to be accurate up until the second. image of chart

As you can see my system clock and the chart time, could someone please help clear up this obvious misunderstanding on my behalf?

but under preferences, and data feed, it does in fact state the feed is 15 minutes delayed. Maybe it's talking about a different feed is 15 minutes delayed, but I can't find out where the delayed feed is, that's what's confusing me

Usually the delayed feed is only if you have a demo account. (this is common to alot of fx/cfd/spread betting companies)

If you are live with them then your feed is 100% not delayed... the only delay maybe exists on the release of figures or they will widen the spreads.

Presumably it is "real-time" but 15 mins delayed. i.e. the 15 minute delay price/index updates in real time!!
