I have been trading since 2019. I have had plenty of success and failures along the way but staying in the game for over 3 yrs. has taught me a lot!
I started studying time cycles and have found that there are consistent rhythms in the markets. From W.D Guann to 7 and 10 yr cycles, I have found that cycles have been accurate and as specific to the exact day. I made 150% in 2022 following Guann time cycles. One of my favorite gurus is Steve Miller. If you want to improve your timing, I highly recommend following Steves research. Here is one of his recent videos showing the rhythm in SPX.
