This is for all the quants out there:

I've created a website that lets anyone design their own "Rating
System" and backtest it using historical as-reported data. By "Rating System" I mean a weighted multi-factor quantitative model. Some examples include: IBD SmartSelect, ValueLine, RabbitAnalytics, etc

It's a mechanical, un-emotional approach to investing. Once a strategy is set up you can manage a large diversified portfolio in a matter of minutes per month. The models have very little turnover, so this is for long term investors. For example: I always buy at market, on mondays, because it doesn't really matter to me.

If you'd like to try it go to http://www.portfolio123.com and click on 'signup'. There are a few guides to get an idea on how to work the site. It's free and there are no "black-boxes". The strategy inputs and weights are plainly visible. I'm simply looking for your feedback, both good and bad.

Right now, I'm invested in this strategy: http://www.portfolio123.com/port_summary.jsp?portid=992. I call it a GARP strategy because it gives high marks to low PEG stocks, which might do well in the current overbought market (insert generic disclaimer here).

One more thing, it's only for the US stocks right now, sorry.

Good luck with your investments
