Create your own FX robot

Does anyone know how to do this? Rather than buy robots that half the world says is a scam but the other half says works, I want to make my own. If anyone has a link to a website that shows you how to create my own robot please share. Or, if you know how to do it yourself, could you please share it?

You need to learn how to write the language which is not easy if you have no previous programming experience. Here is a link to the manual:

Well then nevermind. Programming is not for me. I'm a Finance major, I'm not into programming. Oh well, I guess I have to keep backtesting.

Yep, it would require basic programming skills. It isn't difficult but it's a steep learning curve if you've never done programming before.

I actually decided to use my knowledge of finance to help solve my dilema. I'm going to leverage the brains of people who are skilled in programming. I've posted a request on the MQL4 forums with a the details of what I want my own robot to do. Luckily not everyone on that site charges for the programming that they do for others so I'm hoping to line up a few bored programmers to do this for me. But thanks for the advice.

has anyone ever used Act Forex programming language Actfx? there are a few brokers that offer their platform, i think ava, goforex and Hirose Financial.
