Here are two possible ways. FXCM cfd account has charts that can overlay two products. Here's a picture of Dow candlestick chart overlayed with EUR/USD.

Or you could use NetDania which is web based. Here's a picture of Dow candlestick chart overlayed with EUR/USD.

any good charting package will have overlays. a vague rule is, dow goes up, dollar goes down, and vice versa
