OnlineTrader (Broker)- good or bad?

Has anyone used Online Trader to trade and if so, how do they compare to IB? They seem to offer very good rates 0.33 GBP / 0.50 EUR / 0.60 USD (plus exchange fees) when you take their OnlineTrader PLUS platform, AND you are also saddled with minimum account activity 599 EUR fees per month...

Has anyone had experience using OnlineTrader PLUS platform? How does it compare to Ninja Trader? Thanks for any advice.

no replies, I take it nobody has used them before? I suppose if the playform is s**t the low commissions don't matter so much...
