I have noticed that on the e-mini Russel futures contract the old round trip commissions IB was charging their customers was 4.80 when it was traded on CME Globex platform. Since the Russel has moved to the ICE platform even though NYBOT has made great marketing efforts by lowering costs for traders by eliminating data fee charges and charging only .75 per trip exchange fees. This has lowered IB's costs significantly when Russel moved to the ICE platform yet IB is gouging their futures customers by charging 5.50 per round trip or 15% more plus a $1.00/month data access fee !
