China and Saudi Arabia

With countries having to stop buying oil from Iran in the upcoming weeks, how well this affect countries around the world, countries like China that require oil to sustain their economies. I would like to hear your thoughts?
Can Saudi Arabia help to meet these demands?

I wouldn't imagine such a stunt would be pulled if oil supplies hadn't already been secured. It's not a little thing to "stop buying oil", if anything, it makes me wholly suspicious about the whole oil thing in the first place. I'm sure we could see some phony "oil shortage" things, and watch gas and oil skyrocket again.
