Easy Hil,

right below where you enter your new thread/reply and set your options, there's a row called Attach File. Just browse on your PC for the file, whether its a text file or a graphic.. otherwise if you want to show the gfx in your post then follow the instructions here: http://www.trade2win.co.uk/bb/misc.php?action=bbcode
