TBH I wouldn't touch CLRB with a barge pole. It's too small, illiquid, prone to further dilution to raise funds.
I'd certainly wait till after Dec 5.
If you are looking to make huge gains and are prepared to take a risk, then not more than 5% of your investable capital as you might lose it all.
Looking to get rich quick with stocks like this usually ends up badly. Having said that I know investors who are happy to have stakes in 20 such companies in the hope of one or two striking it rich.
I certainly wouldn't base decisions over "when and how much to invest" on suggestions from people on a bulletin board hiding behind anonymity.
If you find an overwhelming urge to "invest" in this stock, there are plenty of people who would take a SMALL long position just before Dec 5, but be prepared to lose your money.
