Cantor offering £250 of free bets to re-activate account

I had a call out of the blue from Cantor today. I haven't used my account for years and as it hadn't any money in it I never got around to closing it.

They were offering me £250 of free bets, provided I reactivated my account and deposited some money. I can't find anything on their website or elsewhere about this offer and wondering whether the call was genuine.

Anyone else had this offer and/or know anything more about this offer.
