Bonds ETF question

Hi. I have access to TSE and SGX markets on my IB platform as well as the London exchanges and France. I was wondering if anyone knew of an ETF (leveraged or otherwise and preferably optionable) that tracks the Japan Govt Bond market. I have found futures products etc but I am more interested in an ETF and ETF options for a trade. Google searches reveal the existence of a Lyxor 2x Inverse Japan Govt Bond ETF but I can't seem to find the exchange or ticker symbol. Any help would be appreciated.
