Hi all
We gave thousands of dollars to a person here in New Zealand
They bought shares in Biocide International .He paid us interest for 1 year but now(3 years later)has no funds and stopped paying interest He keeps telling us that he is waiting to be able to sell the shares and then we will get our money backDoes anyone no if this is a scam or what?
Clive

No. You're safe. Trust him. He's waiting for the right price to maximise your investment.

In the interim, while you’re waiting for your windfall, I can maybe get you in for a piece of major action with the London Bridge Co. Ltd.

Can’t guarantee anything (especially with anything this hot hot hot), but if you move quickly I might be able to cut you a slice. Shares are going for NZD$1,000 a pop, but I can discount that down to NZD$850 + taxes + transfer fees (which comes out at NZD$1,150 gross) if you commit right now, to a minimum of 10 shares. You’ll also get a 5-piece kitchen knife set worth $29.99.

PM me for acceptance and provide bona fides and bank details. I only deal with professionals like you.

Of course it's a scam.

John Coombs and Co! Good advice, avoid at all costs - "Vectorcide International Ltd" has applied for a Trade mark with the IPO (Insecticidal coatings) this was meant to be a huge part of the business of Biotech (although it has never made a penny)- those in the know feel that Mr Coombs (100% owner or Vectoicide) is set to jump ship leaving Biotech shareholders well out of pocket and taking with him the "investor scamming potential" previously within Biotech. Biotech Shareholders would be well advised to demand answers of Mr Coombs and object to the Trade Mark application UK00003110380 ASAP - there is little time left

Thanks for that UK Man. I have taken a look. Why would he take a product out of Biocide International without telling any shareholders? If you google it, he's even selling it to the Kenyans through this company http://kenyahighcom.org.uk/album/courtesy-call-from-vectorcide-international-limited/ and http://www.thebutterflytree.org.uk/pages/our-work/malaria/malaria-prevention-products/. Did you get the letter from him telling us that the year end has been extended by 6 months, 5 months after the event? A cynic may wonder why someone needs that time. Perhaps thats the answer.

In his letter extending year end he says that it is because of changes in the biocide regulations. Maybe UK Man you know if there have been any such changes to the regulations recently or is this more bull**** we are being fed?

Pencilsharpener - There has been no changes recent or otherwise in the Biocide Regulations!

I fail to see how if this was the case anyway it could possibly require a year end extension of a Ltd company

The requirements of the HSE – as the UK Competent Authority for biocides and the requirements of HMRC are quite separate

Quite odd

Hector. I don't think it is physical as he looks too well for that. Maybe the pressure is getting to him. I hear a bottle of Henri Jayer Cros Parantoux Vosnee-Romanee Premier Cru went up in the budget and ex-naval officers require huge quantities to survice the day. That may explain it.

Perhaps a week at a farm in Switzerland or somewhere might be needed to recouperate.

If only there was a Nigerian who had the promise of large sacks of money

Hector. It may well be. He looks like one of the first guys into the Iranian Embassy but without the balaclava. That may explain all the name changes which I am losing track of fast. Should I talk to Frank? Looks like he's had a bottle of Domaine Leroy. Clos de Vougeot of course. Because he's worth it.

Hold on there UK Man. Are you saying that not only are they doing some very questionable dealing fiscally but that they replicate this ethic within their business? You are right then that this shower should be exposed.

Perhaps Atlantic Holdings can explain why they were given 5 million shares at 1p and never paid any money for them. Or why Oakerstead Trading received 3.75 million at 1p and never paid a penny for them.

It is probably worth summarising what has happened here.

Vectorcide International Ltd. was formed by John/Tim/Frank Coombs
Vectorcide International Ltd is trying to register an insecticidal coating/paint as its own
Vectorcide International Ltd. is marketing Mozzi-Mort as its own
Biocide International plc shareholders do not seem to have been told of this
Biocide International plc has extended its reporting period by 6 months

This implies that any non-tagible value in the IP of Mozzi-Mort in Biocide International plc has withered away and the value of those shares has been devalued or been totally wiped out.

And you are correct, without prejudice, not having a conflict of interest declared there is only one possible way to view this.

if it's anything like Vectorcide they'll just create out of thin air a bundle of shares, amount of their choosing, worth nowt.

they give away what they like at no cost to them and I guess they make up what price they like at the time of disposal.

Shareholding - 10,000,000 Ordinary £ .000000 so if he gives them away at no cost and gets a kickback from their eventual sale to the mugs, he's minted.

so vectorcide is ready, set and a go (y)

"I could kill you with my little finger" - must be a reference to Biotech Internationals Technical Manager the bold Mr Mr, a self promoted ex member of the SAS, most believe he is a trained killer but only on his mothers side!

Mr Mr I am told was actually in the TA and that the SAS stands for Saturdays and Sundays

He has a friend who is an expert Burger frier who also rented a coffee machine from Allen Vending Services Limited I see.

Does anyone have any idea why in 2006 Oakerstead Trading were paid £40,000 for distribution services when they seemed to do nothing?

Or why are expenses paid to a company called Magna 3000 Ltd?

This is very interesting.....

I don't know, something seriously wrong here

I am being told now that Biocide/Biotech accounts show that a company of Mr Coombs or his associates which had ceased to trade was actually the beneficiary of thousands of pounds from Biocide/Biotech well after it had been wound up, clearly this can not be legal

If there are those out there that can confirm or prove this, why has this not been brought to the attention of the authorities ?
